About the service
ProximaForma at https://proximaforma.com is operated by RatioSky LTD. These terms describe use of the hosted design workspace, its AI features, and its connections to external agents. Contact support@proximaforma.com about these terms, your account, billing, or a service problem. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Your account
Provide accurate account information and use an email address you control. Keep passwords, recovery codes, and agent credentials private. Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. If you use ProximaForma for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.
The service is not intended for children under 13. If you are under the age at which you can enter this agreement independently in your country, a parent or guardian must authorize and supervise your use. Connected services may impose additional age requirements.
Your content and collaborators
You retain any rights you hold in designs, text, images, and other material you provide. You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit that material as needed to operate the features you use, including the collaborators, agents, and service providers involved in those features. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Only upload, use, or share material you are entitled to use. Check your canvas memberships and invitation links before sharing content. Other people and services you authorize may receive copies that cannot be withdrawn by later revoking access.
AI features and agent access
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review generated content and edits before relying on them, publishing them, or using them commercially. You are responsible for deciding whether the result is appropriate and whether you have the necessary rights to use it.
When you connect an external agent, the consent screen describes the access requested. Account connections apply your existing canvas permissions and remain active until revoked. You can revoke them in Agent connections. Revocation stops further access through that connection; it does not undo edits, cancel work already completed, or erase copies held by the connected service.
ChatGPT and other external services have their own terms and privacy policies. ProximaForma is independently operated and is not an OpenAI product.
Usage, credits, and payments
Some AI features consume ProximaForma credits. Review the pricing and usage information shown in the workspace before using them. Image generation through a connected agent can also consume credits when you authorize a generation request. Deleting a generated result does not reverse completed generation usage.
Any credit purchase is made separately through the ProximaForma website and its payment provider. Review the amount and purchase details before paying. These terms do not authorize an agent to make purchases for you. Contact support@proximaforma.com about an incorrect charge, failed paid service, refund, or cancellation request. Nothing here removes any refund, cancellation, or other remedy required by applicable law.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, content that infringes another person's rights, or unauthorized access to other accounts or systems. Do not distribute malware, interfere with the service, evade authentication or access controls, or use others' credentials without permission. Respect the applicable rules of any external service you connect.
Availability, changes, and ending use
We work to provide a functioning service with reasonable care and skill. Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, failures, or changes to external services. Export important designs so you have your own copies.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach of these terms, or a security threat. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support. Any action will take account of the seriousness of the issue and your applicable rights.
You can stop using ProximaForma, revoke connections, export designs, and request account deletion through support. Retention and deletion details are described in the privacy policy.
If we change these terms materially, we will publish the updated terms and provide reasonable notice before they take effect, unless an urgent legal or security requirement prevents that. Changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to purchases or use before the change.
Your legal rights and resolving problems
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. These terms do not require you to waive access to courts or other rights available under applicable law.
If something goes wrong, contact support@proximaforma.com with the relevant account or receipt reference and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or payment-card details.
